Connecting management knowledge with everyday work
My work in training and management consulting focuses on developing leaders and improving organizational performance in the public and private sectors.
Since joining the Institute of Public Administration in April 2017, I have designed and delivered programs in leadership, strategic management and project management. I also contribute to government consulting assignments in organizational development and capacity building.
I draw on academic study and hands-on experience to make management ideas clear and relevant to the challenges people face at work.

Strategy & Organizational Development
A regional governorate in Saudi Arabia
I led benchmarking and analysis of governance and administrative performance models within a multidisciplinary consulting team from the Institute of Public Administration. The assignment resulted in the development and successful launch of the organization’s strategic plan.
My role in benchmarking
My contribution covered research into benchmark practices, policy and governance frameworks, and organizational performance models, drawing on governance, smart city and quality-of-life indicators. I used the findings to support evidence-based planning and align priorities with Saudi Vision 2030.

A program I delivered in New York for faculty members from a Saudi university, exploring transformational leadership through training sessions and professional discussion.
A competitive simulation in which participants manage an athletic footwear company and make connected decisions in production, marketing and finance. It provides a way to test strategy, interpret results and compare performance with competitors.
The Business Strategy Game — official developer title
Strategic purpose:Connecting decisions across business functions through one strategy, while balancing cost, quality and competition based on results.
Intended participants:Undergraduate and MBA students in business and strategy courses. The simulation can also support the development of management teams.
A general introduction to organizing executive office work, correspondence and appointments, and supporting leaders in following up on their responsibilities.
